I went into this gallery expecting a normal silver shop. I was shocked at the extraordinary large display of the finest selection of antique silver. There is more Paul Storr and other great makers than I have seen anywhere else museums included. This was just the beginning...everything a true connoisseur could want including beautiful gold boxes. I will never miss it on a London visit

I had amazing organic perm with Anna. It was 4 month since I did the perm, and it still looks amazing. Curls look so lovely and natural, no one can guess it is perm:) Stiling takes no effort, just wash, and dry, and hair looks amazing and curly :) I tried other salons years ago for digital perm and normal chemical perm, but by some reasons it didn't hold that long, maybe my hair is perm resistant, but this organic perm holds amazingly long and my hair never felt damaged to the touch after the perm. Anna is lovely as well, receptionist was looking after me offering drinks and snacks on many occasions during my stay, so in general very nice experience, even salon is a bit far from me but not many salons offer organic perm, and worth travelling and worth every pennny. Thank you very much Anna:) I will be back :)

Amazing hair stylist, really lovely person and hair cut was amazing

Received a wonderful haircut and hair education from Mazlinda. She listened intently and was thorough in advising what would work best, which allowed me to make a confident and informed choice on what I wanted. Life can get hectic but Mazlinda's careful handling was utterly relaxing. Thank you.

Good bookshop. I find it quite hot in the winter if you come from outside all wrapped up make sure you take your coat off first.

Lovely oasis from surrounding touristy venues. Nourishment for body and soul in small cafe with good range of imaginative vegetarian (?) food at lunch. Tea/coffee and cake also. Lunch dishes mostly £6.50, wonderful value in this area. Friendly service. A great find in a real bookshop.

One of the best bookshops in London. They also have a cafe alongside where today I had one of the top five best lunches I have ever had (gazpacho). The food is as fresh as the book selection.

As with all Richer Sounds the staff are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and go the extra mile. The issue is that this in an incredibly small shop compared to others outside London. It has very limited stock out on display. Surprising for their central London shop.

Lovely building and location. Staff let you get on with looking around and no pressure. In fact they all seem very chilled. One member of staff spoke to us on the top floor with the pianos. He was pleasant and friendly. The building was super hot but it was super hot outside. A nice historic building and the piano salesperson was happy to tell us about the past of the building. Great selection of items although would have liked to have seen more brass out and would like a practice booth.

Limited in average real pianos, but with a selection of 60k+ expensive grand pianos. As an "all in one" shop for Yamaha's music department, you don't get their full selection of instruments, like a small strings department (classical) and only 2 electronic drum kits you can play. They also have synthetic/keyboards and other instruments. Yamaha downstairs have all their guitars, and there are a lot of them, although a lot of them are the same body shape. Shop nice and cool. Feels nice to be in.

The service provided by them to me when I purchased my Q7 was outstanding. There was a defect in the car spotted after I purchased it, without fuss (which was a massive relief for me), they took it from me and had it repaired by audi and fully serviced (again done right), in the interim I was provided with a courtesy car and was given regular updates on the progress of the repair. If I had to buy again I will look at them first. Extremely trustworthy Thanks Dan for facilitating the sale and for the support while the car got fixed!

Absolutely love it. I was allowed to enter and make soms pictures of the cars that were in the showroom. Very nice people behind the desk who allowed me to take a look at the engine and even sit in one of the cars! Excellent service and definitly reccomendable for any ferrari fan!

I have to give them 4 for being in the centre of London where you don't expect petrol station at all otherwise it would have been lower. Very convenient for especially taxi drivers.

The bays for filling up your vehicle are small and everything in the store is wildly expensive, even still, this petrol station remains a useful addition to the local community. An air and water machine is available but it will only pump things up to 80psi.

I snapped my key for my bike in the ignition here and the staff were very helpful. Let me leave my bike on the forecourt while I waited for recovery.

A great place to get fuel for your car there is a cash machine where you can withdraw money and you can get cigarette alcohol chocolates phone chargers and a lot more accessories even bread bleaching products give it a visit and try you can even charge your key there is a PayPoint gas or electric

Another very useful Texaco station, close to the Thames, close enough to Elephant and Castle, but there's another on Albert embankment between Albert bridge and Vauxhall bridge ( South side), if the little Texaco is busy in (Kennington road, be careful of the new 20 Mph, zone) - it could catch some people out, ? ! , ,

The BEST place to buy a motorbike in London. Full Stop. Ive just bought a new Africa Twin and the advice and service from Sean Taylor was spot on. Thanks to Sean I have the perfect bike for my needs. All the guys were professional and courteous with no pressure applied other than to make sure that I rode out on the right bike. A comprehensive range of most major brands to select from so a real one stop shop. Will be the first of many I hope from MM. Folk have a few stores, but I believe this was their first store. It's nicely designed and Folk stock some great-quality clothes, most of which they design and make themselves. If you're looking for clothing you can't find on the high street, stop by Folk to see their clothing.

WARNING : do not order from their website as it is a scam. Hidden charges increase cost by up to 50% despite free delivery and return claims. However the shop itself is excellent if rather conservative in its range. I found sizes good for very fat or very tall but simply large like me (6ft 7 and 300 lbs with 42 inch waist ) was less well catered for. I found some perfect jeans but £150 to £250 excessive. I spent £800 on clothes that would cost £300 for a regular sized guy.

One of the few places to buy made in England clothing (or Portugal) at affordable prices. Ignore the idiots who think that £50 is too much for a tee shirt. They are welcome to spend their money buying five rubbish shirts from Topman. If you want quality and ethical clothing go here. Just a word of warning, the fits are very boxy as this is a workwear band.

Went here today to try on dresses for my bridesmaids and had the most fantastic experience. Steph and Kate were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were offered champagne and a top up..... we were not rushed and the whole morning was lovely. I would defiantly recommend for anyone looking for a bridesmaid dress or just a dress for themselves.

Macbook 12" needed a new logic board. They said it would take 3/4 days, it took 2. No waiting around in the shop. Friendly, professional - you actually meet the technicians, which is reassuring. For Mac repairs I won't go anywhere else now, having brought three here over the last couple of years. I used to purchase music gear from them in a previous job - always has been a reliable well-run company. iPhones they have to send away, so the miserable apple store is still the best place to go for them, unfortunately.

I found the staff in this shop to be friendly, efficient but also a bit pricey. However, they resolved my problem of a broken tablet - PC World had previously not wanted to fix this and been surly so lost my business to Shyamtronics. I will definitely consider this shop again for any tech issues.

I ordered a Microsoft Universal Keyboard for tablets on Saturday and got a phone call to pick it up on Monday! Excellent speed and price was good. Bit more than internet but then again I didn't pay for shipping. Was a bit worried about the reviews the place have but can only say my experience was total opposite to the negative reviews. Will go here again for sure as it's close and convenient for me.

These guys did a great job in fixing my laptop. I'd taken it to another repair store before them and all the bloke in there did was try and sell me a new one. The mates here repaired it and managed to recover the data at a very reasonable price and I had them install new software and updates, as well. Great service, I'm really lucky to have found them. Otherwise, I'd be stuck with an unnecessary instalment plan for a new laptop, when I have so many other things I do need to spend my money on. Thanks!

A2Z computer solutions repaired two computers for me, 1 a laptop and the other an old modem style, which the kind gentleman took patience to repair for my daughter( considering this was such an old model I'm surprised he even managed it at all !) soooo pleased both are now working brilliantly and i got a great repair price for having two done at the same time. Well advised even if you just want check up or maintenance. If I ever have anymore problems this will be my first port of call. Local on Wandsworth road but was willing to collect and deliver and he keep me up to date with how things were going with no hidden costs. Very happy client

My laptop screen broke and I called the company 30 minutes before the closing hour, the guy was so kind and told me to come over and fix my computer. Also, while being there I found the place perfectly, the services were awesome, professional and quick. I definitely recommend that company. I would say this one of the best technology services I had in London.

I always buy souvenirs here. I didnt find staff rude as other describe but they tried to charge me a higher price last time i went there. I saw it right on time and they apologized but for the rest i think the prices are ok. Especially on the lower floor. Be aware as the hoodies are a bit small. I normally have large but even xl is smaller as my normal large. Also a bit bad they dont give receipt. I never feel confortable to walk into stores without receipt.

The shop has a huge collection of magnets, especially the ones from UK/England. If you don't have chance to visit Warner Bros (Harry Potter) studio in Leavesden, you may pick some of their souvenirs here too.

Well, this place is a wonder, great staff, friendly and helpful. Have a great selection of art materials, reasonablely priced. Great open space to wonder round and take your time before you buy! There are some draw backs though, stock is not always replaced qucikly enough when sold and there are some materials that they don't stock, for me that would be a better range of handmade paper and specialist pastels! But that's being a little to fussy, it's a great shop and lm glad it's in Camberwell. The next time your in the area do have a look in, you'll be glad you did.

I came here spontaneously after my breaks got stuck and Said saved me and fixed it within minutes so that I could cycle safe back home - and all that for free. Great service and really friendly staff! Would definitely recommend!

I have been cycling in London for many years and have mainly used independent bike shops for fixes, parts, etc. I have often found "chain" stores to have poor customer service and staff that know little about bikes. This is NOT the case with this store. The service is fantastic and their knowledge of bikes is of a high standard. I test rode one of their bikes, which I ended up buying. They were so incredibly helpful when it came to deciding which bike I wanted and despite it being their store they didn't pressure me into buying it. I test rode many bikes in various stores but the service here really made me seal the purchase. They went over and beyond to accommodate me. They even let me borrow a helmet to cycle home in. The manager, Ben, really knows his stuff and makes you feel like a valued customer. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. It's refreshing to find a chain store with staff as good as this.

I don't normally leave reviews - in fact this may be my first ever - but I was so impressed by the quality and service provided by Phil that I felt obliged to write this! I came in with a few problems with my bike, and Phil went completely out of his way to assist me. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of cycling and training, but he was also a really nice bloke. I cannot recommend this place - and Phil - enough!

Has everything you could need but at a hefty price.

You have the best staff, hands down. How they keep their whole team that customer focused is a mystery. They are knowledgeable, attentive and helpful without being overbearing. Their selection is limited when compared to the big box stores, as you might imagine, but they have a good selection of high end accessories and low end necessities that perfect for an upscale neighborhood hardware store. As a part of the Ace Hardware network, they can also order just about anything you want if you have a little time.

The guys at the shop are very accommodating and up front honest. They gave me a wholesale discount for a smaller quantity of light bulbs.

I got to the store at 5 past closing time (due to the extremely slow busses around Aldgate) and managed to catch the guy just locking up. I realised that I was to late to purchase a replacement bulb, but just asked him if they sold more of the bulb I had in my hand. Not only did he say they did, but he opened up the shop, found what I was looking for, allowed me to purchase it and then closed the shop after I left. Now that is service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in future. 5 Stars - Outstanding service.

Ella was able to match the flowers in the arrangements to a flower wall we had organised through an alternative supplier, and helped me with the order process. She was efficient and friendly and incredibly accommodating. Genute who created the displays did a fantastic job, they were one of the highlights of the night. Wonderful! Whenever I am in the area, I head for Lina's. I have been shopping here for 30yrs and never disappointed with the superb quality of produce. Fresh cheeses, cured meats, homemade pasta, sandwiches, panettone, panforte, sauces, tasty bread & herbs. The shelves are stacked high with delicious, authentic Italian produce. The lovely, 70yr old shop is full of history & the staff are, obviously, proud of their history. Friendly & happy to answer any questions. The displays are eye- catching and truly beautiful. Don't walk by, pop in to Lina!

This a very nice store, if you are looking for a wide range of organic and healthy items. A bit pricey, but that’s something usual in that range of items. It’s conveniently located, quite clean and well sorted.

Great place for all of your veggie or vegan foods! They have a hot food counter (and soups) for when you want a more sustainable meal, and they do fresh juices & smoothies as well. I come here often on my lunch break and absolutely love it! Only downside is that most things are quite pricey so sometimes there has to be a limit on what I purchase!

4.5 stars. As a person who enjoys clean, simple, healthy food, planet organic or whole food market is my favourite place to go. Sadly, the price of food here is quite costly even with London standards and I can only come here for a treat for myself. It would be great if Healthy food can be a sustainable choice for all. This branch is quite big and there are two floors. They serve hot food, soup, tea, coffee, fresh fruit smoothies as well as being a store for dry food. They have a small section for tupperware too

Delicious vegan smoothie. It felt really homemade. Nice portion, good value and friendly service.

Delicious veggie burgers. The juices are all organic and freshly squeezed - I had carrot, orange and ginger and it was well balanced and very generous size. Very friendly and helpful service. Very reasonable prices. Indoor and outdoor seating. I'll definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

What a lovely find on a sunny afternoon! A beautiful selection of lush and flowering plants with some great ornamental pieces too (loved the gorilla! And the sheep). The gardener and the cat were pleasant and let us wander about to our heart's content even after closing when the gate was shut. He - the gardener, not the cat - let us know how to escape when we were ready. Although we really could have stayed much, much longer..

A charming nursery that a lot of people seem to miss despite the location. Friendly people, they have sold me plants I have yet to manage to kill.

I use Battersea Flower Station for deliveries regularly and we choose the 'wild pastel' bouquet. It is consistently high quality, and the flowers are always beautiful, both in arrangement and in terms of selection. Would highly recommend!

Was looking for plants as a gift. Went to the nearest garden centre whose prices were eyewatering and the plants short of watering. Very unhelpful. In desperation went on line and pulled up Battersea Flower Station. What a difference, proactive, helpful, reasonable value and a joy to deal with. Plants were delivered the next day and they are good quality and well grown. Brilliant experience.

I bought a wedding ring yesterday from here. Couldn't have gone to a better place. Elaine was the sales associate who was wonderful and very helpful! If you go there make sure you meet Elaine she is wonderful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Steven the assistant manager was also kind enough to put my partner's engagement ring into the sonic cleaner as we browsed for wedding rings.

Its a small place and is usually empty but the staff is kind and helping. We went to buy a watch there which they didn't have so they arranged for it from a shop outside london and managed to get it for us in less than 24 hours.

Couldn't be happier with the excellent customer service at the Victoria branch of Goldsmiths. My wife and I purchased our wedding rings from there and they were exchanged due to sizing issues without any problem. I even dropped in recently to ask if they could adjust the bracelet of a watch that had been bought for my birthday, and they did so without even charging me! I'd be more than happy to recommend this branch, and would certainly shop there again.

I appreciate the convenience of Cotswold Outdoor Piccadilly, as I can cycle there to buy outdoor equipment at short notice. The in-store selection is great, and all the best brands of equipment feature there. If I search online for "the best hiking shoe/the best water filter/etc.", Cotswold's invariably has it. The staff are always positive and happy to help. I have always had pleasant experiences with issues such as returns and applying a discount retroactively.

The best shop for mountain gear I have ever dealt with. Ask for Daniele (Italian gentleman) who is super knowledgable on the gears that you want. I needed gears for my mount Elbrus climbing and he helped me with every single details. Knowledge is power and Daniele in this store is an asset for customer experience. Thank you and for sure will visit this shop again for my next trip upgrade.

The Runners Need shop on the 3rd floor is great. I was looking for new running shoes and the person there talked me through all the options, did a free test recording my run to see what type of shoes would be best, and then offered impartial advice while I tried 4 pairs. I bought some Brooks which came as a suggestion after I explained what I liked and didn't like about the various others I'd tried on.

Best helped I've received buying boots. Didn't miss any details. Superb

I visited this shop today as i have just got a kitten. I was served by a lovely lady who was so helpful, patient and explained things to me as i bought them. There was also a gentleman who works there and he also offered and support. They didn't try to push me into buying things i don't need at the moment and guided me on things that are a necessity for a kitten. This was so helpful as it can be costly when you start of. And one other thing i must say is they are true animal lovers. They have a wide range of good quality products and I would recommend this shop to anyone. Excellent service!!

My most favourite pets at home. Friendly staff and good continuity if staff. Pets kept very clean and staff knowledge about animals. Although not a big store has great selection of rabbit, dog cats, budgies, fish and other bits and bobs. No dedicated customer toilet, however if you ask staff, they will be helpful and allow you access to staff facilities. Been using this store since it opened years ago. Love it, good friendly and clean local store.

We love pets at home in batersea. Really helpful team specially Paul he is a super star, remembers every single customer and always there to help. He should definitely be rewarded.

We have been taking Oscar here for years and have always been very happy. He is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel so has long ears which are always cut really well, just like the rest of him. They are very professional and Oscar always looks and smells beautiful when he leaves.

Princess the Pomeranian had a No 2 Wash and Tidy today and she looks fantastic. The staff at Purplebone were charming and the actual cut and tidy on her has been done very well. They also put a very pretty complimentary bow in her hair. She also smells of coconut! Thank you Purplebone and team!

Really nice store. I went in shopping for a gift for my girlfriend. I was greeted by one of the staff who then helped me find gift options, putting together outfits and helping to explain the different uses of products. She even gift wrapped the product, and gave me a leaflet letting me know of future events they have in store, providing me with an invite. Shame they don’t do men’s but a really easy shopping experience for Nike Women’s stuff

The people that worked here save me during arguably the worst 24 hours of my life! Allowed me the get a passport form 20 mins before they opened so I could get an emergency passport for a very important flight! They will probably never realise what such a simple gesture meant to me but I just had to leave this review as a small thank you!!

Great art store in central London. The prices are way lower than the recommended retail price and they have a huge selection of items in all fields of art. The staff are really helpful and the general atmosphere of the shop is very welcoming.

Great selection of materials at reasonable prices. The great location makes it much easier to transport large items home. They also have self-adhesive foam board that's hard to find in most craft shops.

This is a company I use regularly, I am a musician and always need to hire chairs, tables and catering equipment for my events. Having a company that I can rely on to deliver on time is a real bonus. They are located in central London which is where most of my gigs are so are in a good location to deliver all over London.

Hire catering offer fantastic value for money, customer service and are punctual with their deliveries. We have not had a bad experience with them as of yet so are more than happy to recommend them to other people.

Top quality sushi! We used Sushi Rolls as our wedding canapes and they went down a treat with our guests! We would highly recommend them. They team certainly go over and above to make sure you are happy with everything, I even popped in to try some delicious samples before confirming my order!

I found out about Sushi Rolls when I was trying to organise a party for 30 people and it was just perfect! Sushis were very good and delivery was right on time even though I ordered only a couple of days in advance! Thank you so much!

Excellent service. Eskimo never let us down. Ice machines in our bar failed this summer, and we mostly rely on Eskimo Ice company. Sometimes it is hard to get through as phone is busy, but even tough we always get ice delivered promptly. Delivery crew is helpful too, bringing all ice to designated area. Outstanding Service from Eskimo Ice - on one of the hottest Fridays of the year, they delivered a load of ice to Hyde Park bang on time. It was perfect for a load of cold beer and happy colleagues.
