Miss Chris-Jayne and her team at the nursery was nothing but professional and welcoming. I felt at ease allowing my son to participate in their classroom activities. The teachers were warm and welcoming, where I found the children interacting and having such a wonderful time. Clearly, a lot of hard work and thought in this bright and colourful nursery is carried out to ensure the best possible environment for our children to be nurtured at such a crucial learning age. I thoroughly recommend to all!
Very happy with my sons progress at the nursery, the teachers have done a great job with him, he is very independent, well behaved and very sociable since he started the nursery. I am very appreciative to the teachers for the progress he has shown. When I pick him up at 6pm I can see he has had a great playful day as when we go home all he wants to do is rest and sleep. Highly recommend it.

I used to be a student there, in 2010-2011 and I've gotta say one of the best moments of my life were at ICS! Miss it a lot...
The best academic and personal training to succeed in a complex world. As an academic and mother of two, I recommend ICS as the best option for international students.

City of London School for Girls, St Giles Terrace, Barbican, London EC2Y 8BB, UK – 020 7847 5500
My daughter currently attends but has been very unwell with a long term condition. The way the staff have consistently "gone the extra mile" for her and us shows a level of care that is exceptional. As a parent that is the most important thing and I would happily recommend the school to anyone considering sending their daughter there.
City of London School for Girls is a non-denominational, independent day school, for girls aged 7 to 18, based in the London Square Mile. The School was established by the Corporation of the City of London with money from a bequest from William Ward of Brixton to provide education for girls that “would correspond, as near as may be, to the City of London School”. The school opened in Carmelite Street in 1894 and moved to the present premises in the Barbican in 1969.

Westminster’s origins can be traced to a charity school established by the Benedictine monks of Westminster Abbey. Its continuous existence is certain from the early fourteenth century. After the dissolution of the monasteries in 1540, Henry VIII personally ensured the School’s survival by statute. Elizabeth I, confirmed royal patronage in 1560 and is celebrated as the School’s Foundress. For several hundred years the School continued to be joined with Westminster Abbey, forming one collegiate foundation, until the 1868 Public Schools Act gave the School independence. Then, in 1943, the School expanded its educational scope by forming the Under School, educating boys aged 7-11. Initially both sections of the School shared a site, as the Under School began with just 17 boys. However, we experienced fairly rapid growth and by 1950 were educating 80 boys. So, in 1951, we secured our own premises in Eccleston Square. Yet as pupil numbers continued to increase during the sixties and seventies it became apparent that larger premises were required and in 1981 the Under School moved again to its present site overlooking the Westminster playing fields in Vincent Square.
As a pupil at Westminster I really like the school. Great atmosphere as well as brilliant teaching

Today, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a 7m digital planetarium experience to 530 Nursery to Year 6 pupils at Wyvil Primary School. I was warmly welcomed by the teacher and site manager on arrival and they helped me prepare the hall for set-up. The day was well-organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited but well-behaved students enjoyed a rich selection of content: peering up at the planetarium night sky, visiting the International Space Station, learning about space shapes and travelling into the future colonising moons and planets across the Solar System. Thank you Wyvil Primary for a very pleasant visit.

really good teachers that make such an amazing amount of effort! but unfortunately i do feel that this college lacks resources. people with disabilities in the class require personal assistance ... unfortunately these poor people are left to deal with there own situations or the teacher has to take time out to show them. when i studied my graphic design level 2 the people in my class .. i made some good friends and i couldn't have asked for a better teacher but again i do feel that we lacked resources. The people at reception ... some of them are really friendly and some of them are just really unhelpful. The facilities at this college really do need to be improved but if your looking for somewhere as just a stepping stone then definetly book in ... the teachers are very experienced.

City Lit has a wonderful variety of classes. Speaking as a retired but energetic professional dancer I would say that their tap dance classes, (Intermediate in particular on Thursdays and Fridays) are of a very high and professional standard. If you are able to commit to a whole term (as opposed to drop in), then you will really progress by taking one or both of these courses.
I have done classes in several London and Edinburgh ballet and dance schools/colleges/etc but the City Lit stands out for sheer professionalism. Teaching staff and students always engaging and friendly. A pure joy.

My 10 years daughter Laura has attended a 3weeks English course in Bloomsbury International, and I wish to thank all people who assisted and supported her during her presence in the school. It was an amazing experience for her, she met very nice schoolmates and her teacher Maria was smart, funny and very professional at the same time. Laura felt that she was working hard every day, but also having much fun! we think this is very important especially for young learners. At the end she didn't want to go back home :-) We recommend the school to everybody!
Bloomsbury International is a good school. The teachers were really friendly and you can improve your english in a short time. The school is a bit small, so they weren"t many students there. But enough to find friends for doing something after school.

This is by far the best Spanish school I've been to. I was able to learn quickly & confidently through interesting class discussions, interactive and dynamic class content through audio, video, & core exercises, weekly homework and fundamentally great fun teachers. I've been to many schools before both in Spain and England but this is by far the best school I've been to and for a great price.
I've been learning Spanish on and off for a few years, mostly from books and CDs. I knew that I needed to do more to improve and even had a Spanish speaking friend give me some lessons for a while. But since they were not a qualified language teacher I didn't benefit in the way I had hoped. I had to find some proper lessons with people who really knew how to teach. The problem I had though was time - I didn't have much of it spare! So I wanted to find something that was in the city that I could fit it in around my working week; and then I found Spanish Connection! Located right in the city with multiple locations and different times to choose from, they offer a lot of flexibility. What appealed to me most though was that groups are small. I didn't want to get left behind or held back from progressing because of others, which is what would happen in a large group. The members of the group are matched to be roughly at the same level so we can all move along at the same speed. The lessons are very interactive and you have lots of activities to help you start using the new techniques/grammar quickly. The teachers are excellent! They are all qualified native speakers and they know the detail of the language very well. There hasn't been anything that my teacher (Elisa) hasn't been able to explain and reinforce. My confidence in speaking Spanish has improved greatly thanks to her encouragement and skill as a teacher! It will soon be a year that I have been learning with Spanish Connection and I have no intention of stopping until I'm fluent - which I now feel I can achieve! Spanish Connection is priced very reasonably. I have other friends who have paid much more money for tuition and have either been unsatisfied and left, or have not progressed. I don't think you could find this standard of tuition at the same price anywhere in London. So, all in all, it's a 5* from me!
Tutor House, 4th Floor Office, 4 Percy Street, Fitzrovia, London W1T 1DF, UK – 020 7612 8297
Tutor house helped me with my resits in PE and Psychology helping me go from 3Bs at A level to A*AB. Both Alex and Inez were great with helping me with exam technique and confidence leading up to the exam. They also advised with personal statement writing for UCAS and university, giving me helpful tips and advice which contributed to me getting an unconditional offer to study at the University of Birmingham. I would really recommend tutor house, their tutors are knowledgeable and motivated to help you get your best grade.
Tutorhouse has turned my sons retakes into an experience he's so glad not to have missed. His highly qualified tutors have been inspiring, enthusiastic, expert in their field, knowledgeable about exam board requirements and enormously generous with their time and personal attention. Alex Dyer, Director, has been wonderfully supportive throughout the year and given invaluable guidance on university applications and writing a Personal Statement. My son has offers from top universities, including Oxbridge. It's been a great year. Thank you Tutorhouse!

I very much enjoy my Spanish lessons with Antonio who has managed to take me from zero to being able to hold a steady conversation in one year. I have found the mix of structured lessons and conversation to be very beneficial to my learning and I would highly recommend a one-to-one class with Lingua Clinic. I have found my lessons to be good value for money, extremely fulfilling and very enjoyable.
Antonio is a fun, clear and positive teacher who conducts his classes in a professional and structured manner. I have been learning with Antonio close to two years and the reason I have stayed with him is the trust, detail and flexibility he gives to my busy freelance schedule. An authentic Spanish speaker, he also gives details as to what differences there are in Spanish to different countries in South America and Spain; a very handy tool for me wanting to know the distinction. Highly recommended for any levels of Spanish!
