Dental Surgeries - both Private and NHS

Victoria Dental Centre

330 Vauxhall Bridge Rd, Westminster, London SW1V 1AA, UK – 020 7834 6161

I have been with this Dental Surgery for 25 years. I believe it is simply the best Dental Surgery in South West London and the West End. The staff, from the Dentists to the (absolutely brilliant) hygienist Ruth Duckworth and the lovely receptionists, it is always a pleasant experience going to VDS (and I usually HATE going to the dentists for treatment). I would recommend this Surgery to anyone. They also do both NHS and Private dental treatment which is a blessing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Best dental care in London. Really good service. So happy I found a good dentist even in London, coming from Slovakia and Czech republic, where the dental care is amazing, it was shocking for me to see the standard level of dental care in the UK, which was very below my expectations. Thankfully, Victoria Dental Care saved me. I go to Spiros - he's quite a funny Greek guy, I recommend him.

Harley Street Dental Studio

52 Harley St, Marylebone, London W1G 9PY, UK – 020 7636 5981

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I had an extraction with Dr Paul Wilson and he the absolute best. I moved to London from the US a year ago and didn’t think anything of a tooth that started to become increasingly more painful, until one day I could no longer bear the pain. I got in to an emergency appointment and Dr Wilson was great. My glands were swollen and my tooth needed to be extracted, He put me on antibiotics and explained every step of the way what I will expect with this tooth and he was spot on. The day of the extraction I was terrified but again Dr Wilson was very calming and explained Everything. He pulled the tooth out and It was not painful at all! A bit of pressure but that was it. I am feeling 100% better now that the infected tooth is gone. Dr Paul Wilson also gives you options and does not push you into getting extra work done. He is amazing! I also have to say all of the staff at Harley street dental Studio are very nice and attentive. Thanks again everyone at Harley street dental studio!

Absolutely incredible service from Peter McQuillan. The level of professionalism is something you rarely experience and when you do it makes you feel a million dollars, I honestly struggle to put into words how good his overall manner was during the consultation stage and how pleased we were with the results he achieved. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Mint Dental Centre

41 Clapham Rd, London SW9 0JD, UK – 020 7587 0100

Easily the best dentist in London! The staff are so unbelievably friendly, efficient and helpful. I’ve been having check ups here for around 4 years and last year I had braces fitted with them. Antonio provided me with great advice and a personalised program, and I am thrilled with the results. I am now pregnant and again their treatment has been excellent. If you dislike going to the dentist, then I can promise you that they make the experience much more enjoyable!

Lovely practice, clean and modern. The staff very professional with a friendly approach. Appointments always available no lengthy wait and reasonable prices. Definitely a good dentist!

Most useful NHS dental surgery search. Not only can you find dental practices in the Buckingham Gate area or London but you can see all the services that they provide and often their patient ratings.

Doctors serving the Buckingham Gate area

London Doctors Clinic

101D, 18 Soho Square, Soho, London W1D 3QL, UK – 020 8712 9378

It's easy to make an appointment online and be seen within a few days. The doctors are professional and helpful. Take the lift to go straight to the first floor rather than waiting at the reception downstairs. However, while appointments with the doctors are reasonably priced, any other treatment is expensive. A very simple urea test cost me £200. The doctor recommended I try a cream that he gave me for £15 while saying he wasn't sure if it was easy to find at any pharmacy (I checked later and it was easy to find for £5).

Easy to find. Easy to make online appointments. Very reasonable prices compared to most. The consultancy fee is not mentioned - so the £155 is actually £210. The men's toilets- for the urine sample - are downstairs through public areas. Results are quick, staff are friendly.

Knightsbridge Doctors

15 Basil Mansions, Basil St, Knightsbridge, London SW3 1AP, UK – 020 7589 8965

Apart from an initial misunderstanding about which practice to go to (I didn't realize there were two in London) I found all the staff very helpful and kind. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout the whole procedure and at every point a staff member took the time to explain the process to me. Thank you

We went here for our health checks for migration purposes and the staff were professional, polite and efficient. The only con is that they are quite expensive.

Princess Street Group Practice Surgery

2 Princess St, London SE1 6JP, UK – 020 7928 0253

Always go out of their way to help despite the limitations of the NHS. The reception staff are lovely too and the doctors always find the time to call you back

In general doctors are good but some receptionists seem to be a bit rude. I guess they are overloaded with patients requests but we are all there with reason and some compassion would be appreciated.

NHS and Private Hospitals in SW1E and throughout London

University College Hospital at Westmoreland Street

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital

369 Fulham Rd, Chelsea, London SW10 9NH, UK – 020 3315 8000

Excellent customer service. Staff are professional and very helpful. They do care about the patients. I visited emergency once during pregnancy and once after - was interviewed by the same man - he was very helpful, seeing I have little baby with me asked me to wait in separated area not to expose the baby to all the germs in main waiting room. I also gave birth in this hospital and care I received in birthing centre then labour ward, following Simpson unit and postnatal was just the highest standard. I had complications during the labour but they made me feel safe and decreased my suffering to the very minimum. My husband was treated on several occasions in London's best private clinics but C&W was even better. I was very well looked after. Thank you all at C&W.

Yesterday I cut myself badly enough to warrant a trip to A & E. There was a bit of a wait, as it was VERY busy for the day and time (but I was just happy to have an A & E that was open and well run!). However, all staff were friendly, helpful and professional and the waiting room itself was clean, modern, airy and comfortable. The young Dr that helped me was wonderful! He was cheery, confident and very kind. He patched me up and filled me with confidence that things would be fine. Well done him and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital!

Royal Brompton Hospital

Sydney St, Chelsea, London SW3 6NP, UK – 020 7352 8121

I have been admitted twice for surgery at RBH and each time their service is amazing. Both outpatients and inpatient care delivery are of high standards, the staff and consultants were easy to talk to and responsive to my queries and concerns. Now that my heart is fixed, I might take on the joke of my lovely surgeon, Dr. Michael Rigby, to join the London marathon.🤞🏻Thank you so much to all the staff of Royal Brompton Hospital!

My 3 years old son had sleeping study at this hospital on Monday 12/02/2018. It was my first visit. We received an excellent care by doctors and nurses. Nurse's particaly were amazing and they have done everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much for your amazing work. Well done!

London Doctors Clinic Private GP

Harley Street Health Centre

13 Queen Anne St, Marylebone, London W1G 9JH, UK – 020 7323 3830

An excellent team of caring staff in a beautiful, professional environment. The doctor I saw was non-judgmental (despite my very subtle and weird symptoms), helpful, and I felt genuinely well taken care of and in good hands. My test results also came back in lighting time and I received a call the minute they were ready. The doctor's advice contributed to my condition improving very quickly. Highly recommend this place!

Great doctors, easy and fast booking, really good service

Travel Clinics

Nomad Travel Clinic & Travel Store

11 S Molton St, Mayfair, London W1K 5QP, UK – 01341 555061

I visited the Nomad Travel clinic today for Antimalarial medication. The clinic/store could do with a little smartening up but apart from that it was a positive experience all around. I was advised on the phone of the cost of the medication and the consultation fee with the nurse (£15) but I wasn't told about the medicine charge (£10), hence the 4 star review. The clinic also has a small store with useful travel essentials.

Really could not have been any better - recommend 100%. Super knowledgeable and friendly nurse. Even advised me against an unnecessary vaccination as I was already covered.

London Travel Clinic - Victoria

19, Bressenden Pl, Westminster, London SW1E 5RS, UK – 020 3432 1381

Had my vaccinations here today; I usually hate jabs but had a great experience. The nurse was upbeat, caring and encouraging. Was out after 20mins. Don’t believe the bad reviews!

Outstanding! I had an appointment booked with London Travel Clinic London Bridge. Due to train cancellations I called the number available online. Quick answer and they immediately changed the time and the place of my appointment for what was suitable for me. The lady who I spoke with was lovely and explained me exactly how to get there. Even with lots of roads closed around the place , I easily got there with her instructions. Picadilly Place, Portland Building, opposite to Zizzi Italian restaurante. Once there the process was formal and safety was the first. Considering the location of the building it makes all sense that strict rules of security are to be followed. Identification signature and ID cards in use. Clear instructions given by the reception: 19th floor, turn right. Once there a lady came and introduced me with the clinic. In any moment I felt lost or not knowing where to go. The phone was constantly ringing but all calls were happily answered. The nurse was really professional explaining the dangers of my journey and providing all information needed. Safety - outstanding Caring - outstanding Cleaning - outstanding Infection control - outstanding Be aware that when you google the name of this clinic another clinic comes up because the names are similar. Make sure you are calling the right one. Yesterday using google I ended up first calling the wrong number and it was a unpleasant situation.

London Travel Clinic

18 Soho Square, Soho, London W1D 3QL, UK – 020 3432 1381

Booked it in the evening and went the day after at lunch time, so super convenient for last minute jabs! In the Oxford street branche there is an amazing nurse, Agnese, which assisted me and helped me to relax easily so for the first time I didn’t feel like I was going to faint. Easy to find location, very clean and nice. It’s worth the money.

Definitely pricey, but very flexible and open late. Friendly staff, that clearly explain the process for each vaccination and answer all your questions. Conveniently located in the centre of London and less than a 5 minute walk from Tottenham Court Road underground station

Balance Oriental Health Centre

33 Old Brompton Rd, Kensington, London SW7 3HZ, UK – 020 7589 2292

I don't know what to say.. it seems that all acupuncture centers in that area try to charge you more than what you ask.. they will sell you expensive chinese herbs or massages..However, I feel better today on my left shoulder, this is a fact. But they told me they don't do both sides of a patient when doing accupuncture. and the doctor puts much less needles than all the other doctors I've been to. My advice: be careful of what you pay and keep track of your sessions if you buy a package. The rest is only a matter of efficiency.

Went there after seeing their poster for laser hair removal. 80% gone so far I would say (after 4 sessions) I still have 2 more and believe it would be gone. Price is really good for Alexandras laser. Take one star off for the room was a bit small.

The Cavendish Health Centre

I look after an elderly lady who is registered here. She has had regular appointments in the 5 years I have been with her, and the service delivery has been helpful and of a good quality. On the one occasion I had to use it myself, I also found them helpful.

I find the practice well run. I find the reception staff helpful and most of the receptionists understand why an appointment is needed. They ring back when they say and in the main work under extreme pressure.

Gemma Clare Holistic Health & Skincare Expert / Facialist / Industry Consultant

13 Harley St, Marylebone, London W1G 9QG, UK – 07821 413174

Gemma is fantastic, I first came across Gemma when I booked my partner for a massage & after he said it was so good so I booked myself in. I have body aches & lots of tight muscles, Gemma was able to relive a lot of my pain, both my partner and I started to see Gemma every month as we were addicted to her amazing technique and knowledge of the body. After each massage we would notice our bodies feeling better & better. I've never felt so great after a massage, it's a treatment you have to experience. You leave feeling extremely relieved. Gemma also makes her own natural body creams and oils which are used during the massage, she has different blends for different client requirements. I am now living out of the UK & I am so excited to see Gemma for a massage when I return, I haven't found anyone as good as her. I have also had the anti ageing facial with Gemma which was fantastic, she used amazing products and the facial massage was glorious. Book yourself in, you won't be disappointed!

One of the best facial I ever had. The place is very clean, very quiet; Gemma was very Professional & courtesy... Her space has a great atmosphere-Warm, cosy and Quiet with great music designed to give the best time. I highly recommend Her, My skin looks so much better after all her advises.

It a great clinic located in the "Health" district of London, where I have been seeing Dr Ari there. I had very bad headaches that I could not deal with anymore, I have approached Dr.Ari as I had a suspicion that it was related to my spine/neck alignment. Over a course of treatments and exercises that he has recommended, my headaches and overall health has drastically improved! I am a very happy customer and I will continue with my treatments to maintain the correct body alignment. Thank you

A thoroughly helpful and informative practise with great service and advice. They have helped me with lower back issues caused by years of rugby with no proper treatment. My back felt 100% very quickly and further care to maintain that healthy standard has been fantastic.

MotionBack (High Holborn)

88 Kingsway, Holborn, London WC2B 6AA, UK – 020 7112 5408

Clare is a true healer. I suffered from a bad knee post babies for a year and visited various health professionals before 3 sessions with her pretty much cured me. I've gone from being barely able to run at all to running three times a week and feeling balanced, mobile and happy again. Eternally grateful.

I've been here twice. Andy worked his magic on my back and I came out feeling great. These 2 sessions were helpful reducing my back pain but not a full cure, the onus is on me to improve my posture as a more permanent solution. Andy gave some tips on how to do this, and on how to strengthen my back, which I plan to follow. Also enjoyed speaking to Andy, he's a nice guy.

Hautman Homeopathy

82 York Street, London, Marylebone W1H 1QP, UK – 07766 057823

I had aroma touch therapy with Jenny and It was such an uplifting experience. Highly recommended!

Jenny has helped my 85 year old mother immeasurably with repeated urinary tract infections and bladder inflammation. After trying many different ways to manage this problem, I took mum to Jenny who prescribed a remedy that had a powerful effect. Over a period of a few months, each time Jenny advised mum to take the remedy there was a positive change in her symptoms and the most recent time has resulted in her becoming symptom free. Mum has been in a cycle of either infection or inflammation for 5 years without respite so being completely symptom-free is something of a RESULT! Jenny also prescribed a particular aromatherapy oil blend for when mum gets distressed (she is of an age when her friends are regularly getting sick and dying which she finds very upsetting). I wasn't sure whether mum would use it but she has and told me that she finds it very comforting to put some on her forehead at night and that it helps her to sleep better. So this has been hugely useful too. If you go to see Jenny you will meet someone who is kind, good humoured and very knowledgeable. She was very considerate of my mum's age and vulnerability for which I was grateful. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Specsavers Opticians Edgware Road - Marble Arch

173 Edgware Rd, London W2 2HR, UK – 020 7706 0404

Well the much awaited revamp has happened. It hasn't obviously increased stock capacity but the layout seems much improved. The displays are clearly priced from £25 upwards to £165, frame plus different types of lenses too and the lighting above the racks is kinder on the eye and the complexion ! There's a tablet desk near the entrance so you can check out the website to order in a colour choice or use the ' how would l look in these frames' facility. For those of us who are very myopic this is invaluable. You no longer have to ask strangers in store what they think or press yourself up to the mirror and squint at your reflection. Staff won't let you select an unsuitable frame for your prescription or an unflattering one. The aftercare is brilliant too. No matter what kind of clutzy things you subject your new glasses to, they're ready willing and able to put them to rights, which makes the initial heavy financial outlay on new specs feel less painful. Never be frightened either to delay your choice by writing down style reference numbers you like, then checking them on line later to help you decide. Don't buy under pressure. Ask about donating your old frames to a charity too.The cleaning and adjustment machine is now just beside the till so getting a quick spruce really easy.

Brilliant customer service, good waiting time, fair prices, and accurate results, as well as a variety of glasses to choose from and clear communication between them and the customer

Vision Express Opticians

181-183 Oxford St, Soho, London W1D 2JT, UK – 020 7292 8420

I really love being a customer at Vision Express. The staff are very customer-friendly, approachable and professional. I would recommend going here if only for the digital retinal scan. Which brings me to my main gripe with this place. I've been a customer since 2010 and every time I go, I leave my email address with the staff and I'm told my scan will be sent to me. When it hasn't arrived by the agreed date, I call them and ask for it. The phone usually rings for an age before finally being answered. I then have to keep them on the phone whilst I open it to ensure I'm not fobbed off. If this didn't happen, this would probably be a 5 star review.

My mum and i were being served by Saif, he is really attentive and friendly. Spent time to search for the perfect sunglasses for you us, also carefully adjusted them to improve our comfort in wearing them. 5* service. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Specsavers Opticians London - Tottenham Court Road

6, 6-17 Tottenham Court Rd, Fitzrovia, London W1T 1BG, UK – 020 7580 5115

Service was polite and professional, if anything a bit "mechanic" and cold. The eye test was accurate and included in the price. The employee who assisted me with choosing a frame was very efficient. Her ability to quickly understand what I was looking for made the process easy. She also showed good product knowledge by suggesting frames that, while still appealing to my taste, were more suitable for the shape of my face. If you prefer a more personal, "warm" touch then this might not be the place for you. Other than that, the prices are good and the ranges are wide enough and the service professional.

FORM CLINIC

48 Charlotte St, Fitzrovia, London W1T 2NS, UK – 020 7099 7730

I have attended osteopathy sessions with Poonam Shah for well over 4 months. I have been seeing osteopaths for a number of years and I can attest to her professionalism and quality as a practitioner. She is knowledgeable (which is no surprise considering she lectures in the subject), and respectful of patients. Her awareness of novel and appropriate treatments as well the scientific approach she takes add to my comfort as her patient - not to mentioned how great I've been feeling the past few months. 5 stars.

I have been for 3 sessions with Poonam and she has been so great. She was very quick to identify where the root cause of my back pain was and used three different techniques (massage, acupuncture and ultrasound) to target problem. She has also suggested at home physio moves for me to do to help in between sessions. I have recommended her to two friends already and will continue to use her myself. A really great osteopath and also just really lovely!

Physiotherapy in SW1E

Central Health Physiotherapy

53-64 Chancery Ln, London WC2A 1QS, UK – 020 7404 6343

Lizzie Hewitt has treated me twice for painfully stiff and tense muscles in my back and neck. She has worked firmly but sensitively, checking frequently that the deep tissue manipulation wasn't getting too painful. She has been clear in her analysis of the likely causes of the muscle spasm and recommended Pilates exercises to help reduce or avoid recurrence of my problems. Lizzie has a delightful manner and I have been very pleased with the results.

Great services, very friendly and helpful staff. I managed to get appointments very quickly for deep tissue massage. after a few sessions only, they got rid of quite a few nasty knots in my back!

Central Health Physiotherapy @Chelsea

Royal Hospital Chelsea Royal Hospital Rd, Chelsea, London SW3 4SR, UK – 020 7404 6343

A miracle On my first visit I hadn't put a bare foot on the floor for 2 months due to a severely broken ankle. Chris at Central Health Chelsea took a great deal of time to assess the injury and work out a personal recovery plan for me. He encouraged me to take a step or two and gave me specific exercises. On my second visit 10 days later thanks to his encouragement and skill I was able to walk without the boot, and the 2 crutches. There's still a way to go but I did not expect such rapid and sustained progress. Thank you Chris.

My wife had a pretty horrendous and complicated skiing injury which has resulted in her requiring two surgeries and intense physio. She picked central health Chelsea as there is a hydrotherapy pool. Jane is an amazingly dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly physio. She has helped my wife with the physio therapy but also looks out for how she is doing emotionally to ensure that she remains motivated and determined to help hasten her recovery. My wife is very happy with the services and the progress she has made. We (and the surgeons!) never expected the recovery she has made. Keep up the good work!

Six Physio Fitzrovia

19 Foley St, Fitzrovia, London W1W 6DW, UK – 020 7636 6353

I was treated by David Donne and I cannot complain at all. It was only one massage and my problems are deeper than that, but he was amazing and his knowledge is huge compared with others I have gone, and I also think he is really passionate about what he does. I totally recomend him. This was a gift from my girlfriend so I do not know the price.

Six Physio is an excellent practice that has met my family's physio therapy needs for the last five years. Christine Flynn is a technically proficient, personable and all round fantastic therapist who has helped me recovered from two separate shoulder injuries. Besides rehabilitating the injury she has been very good with giving advice on lifestyle and posture. Jeremy is also great. I would wholeheartedly recommend the practice.

Central Stress Management

9 Coldbath Square, Clerkenwell, London EC1R 5HL, UK – 020 7833 0556

Dr. Tom Stevens (Consultant Psychiatrist), Christiane and Elise (Administrators) are such kind, helpful and professional individuals to work with. Christiane and Elise always answer the phone as if it makes their day that a patient has called them - extremely easy, quick and pleasant to book and amend appointments as well to ask questions pertaining to care. In addition to his medical and technical knowledge, Dr. Stevens is incredibly gracious and empathetic to patients/clients. He genuinely cares about his patients and loves what he does - and it easily shows. Very grateful for each of these individuals and would recommend them highly.

Psychotherapy around Buckingham Gate

The Hudson Centre for Psychotherapy and Recovery

13 John Prince's St, Marylebone, London W1G 0JR, UK – 020 7493 4488

Warm and friendly staff. It was scary to open up and come into therapy at first but it was so easy, comfortable and non-judgmental here. Thank you!

I worked with Robert last year during a turning point in my life - he helped me look at things from a new perspective, have trust in what I believed already, and gave me tools that I could apply to my life. After several sessions with Robert I ended up leaving my job that was making me unhappy, and fixing some of the broken relationships in my life. I feel I made a lot of progress in the sessions I had with Robert, truly life changing.

Centre For Counselling & Psychotherapy Education

Beauchamp Lodge, 2 Warwick Cres, London W2 6NE, UK – 020 7266 3006

CCPE is an organisational member of UKCP. They offer training programmes that are experiential in nature and loosely based on the Sufi teachings. There is an administrative office in the building for the Sufi Order and the director and owner, Nigel Hamilton, is the UK representative for Sufi Order International. The building, whilst quite scruffy and austere in nature, enjoys great sweeping views over the nearby canal. What you need to know if thinking about studying at this place is that the diploma course contains almost 60 students this year. That means you are unlikely to get to know all students very well, experiential weekend groups are large and it can be a struggle to get a seat for lectures. However, the plus side is that you can get to know potentially a lot of people (although most students are white and middle class, in common with other training institutes). It needs to be said that the overall student experience at CCPE could be improved upon. For example, any additional tutorials incur extra charges. There is no WIFI coverage that the students can access at the College and the library essentially amounts to a locked cupboard containing a few books and journals. The lecture room has an old PA system that is very unstable and unless you are in the front row you will struggle to hear softly spoken presenters. There are some poor lecturers (some just read from a handout) and rarely is there a joined up approach to the teaching programme (each lecturer or weekend facilitator rarely knows what is next on the timetable apart from their particular piece). Front office staff, in common with most other places offering similar courses, tend to be lowly paid and lacking in basic customer skills. That aside there is a lot going for this place. There are some very skilled facilitators working on the teaching programme here too. Also, the ethos of the place is not to stipulate one particular way to practicing as a therapist and there is no one real prescribed route to qualification. There is an emphasis on the integrative approach. Indeed, students are largely left to draw upon the aspects of the training that especially appeals to them individually rather than adhering to a 'one cap fits all' approach. That approach will work if you want to think for yourself and develop in your own way.

I attended CCPE as a student on the diploma course between 2011 and 2014. I endorse the professional courses on offer at the Centre, which are integrative including psycho-spiritual. Most of the experiential aspects of the training programmes are of a decent standard.

Reflexology around Buckingham Gate

The Reflexology Space

2A Tiverton Mansions, 140 Grays Inn Road, London WC1X 8AZ, UK – 020 7240 1438

Once again a wonderful experience doing my reflexology. The gentleman was very good as always. Cant wait for my next session.

I had my treatment last Saturday afternoon here, at 3.15-4.30pm. I was let in to a nice warm room and greeted by a smiling therapist. During my treatment, which I was really enjoying, suddenly there was a hard knocking at the door. I opened my eyes and saw that the therapist didn’t want to stop working and ignored the door knocking. I saw the time, it was 4pm only. I closed my eyes again to enjoy my session again. After a few seconds, there was another set of hard nervous knocking at the door which lasted till the end of my treatment, till about 4.10pm. I dressed up and thanked for my treatment which I really found very relaxing till that hard knocking at the door. Upon leaving the room, I saw a black African woman at the door looking inside the room. I made my way downstairs to the bathroom, and accidentally stoped as I heard the conversation of the therapist and the black girl who did start to knock at the door at 4pm. The therapist asked her to come back at her appointment time and said that her knocking disturbed the previous client treatment - mine. The black woman shouted “ you want me to come back in 20mins?????!!!!! “ “ I am the customer and I want my treatment now!!! “. I felt sorry for the therapist. After my way out of the bathroom, the black woman was gone, and I managed to speak to the therapist. The therapist said that, the black woman was not even booked in real for this day, as she checked the rota and she could not find her name. After all this what I saw, I really felt sorry for people who have to tolerate such rude behaviour!!!

Step in Reflexology

8 Rupert Ct, London W1D 6DY, UK – 020 7434 3228

I’ve been coming here for a decade. All these negative reviewers need to get a grip, it’s £45 for a fantastic massage in central London, don’t expect a posh hotel spa with aromatherapy. This place is clean, the staff are great, the prices are cheap, the waits are short and no booking needed. £45 (+ a well deserved £5 tip every time) and after an hour you leave feeling refreshed. I get 15 mins back downstairs and then 45 minutes feet upstairs, great combo. The wooden sticks they sometimes use are proper reflexology massagers to get to the pressure points.

Great safe massage feet and body. Trusted staff. Excellent prices. Simple place, no frills but best in soho by far.

Mario's reflexology treatments are wonderful, professional, relaxing, healing. He is extremely good at his job but is also very calm and kind which only adds to the benefits of his treatment. You just feel good when you leave (although ideally you'd have another hour!). Thoroughly recommend.

Mario offers and delivers a first class reflexology experience. A kind and attentive practitioner, providing one of the most authentic and therapeutic offerings I have experienced in London. I highly recommend his services.
