Central and cheap, but otherwise bad. No hot water. WiFi usually worked fine. No air conditioning. Had to get breakfast from nearby restaurant. Didn't expect much though, so it was mostly fine.
I first got a room on the ground floor (g3). There was NO internet connection. Everytime I complained about it the person said to me that they would find a solution. Nothing happened for 3 days. On the 3 day I got a hold of someone who was actually very helpful and switched my room to a room on the fifth floor with with excellent WiFi on the fourth day.

Clean, cozy hotel with kind service. Very good situation. Room small but with everything you need
Room was small nut clean, nice bathroom, staff was very helpful and polite. A nice basic breakfast. Everything we needed for the night!

We went here for a drink prior to a big event further down the road. Bar staff were pleasant and provided us with what we needed for the few meetings we had leading up to the event. Room was modular so went from the two of us to being 10 of us and they accommodate us no problems Seats were comfortable, the drinks were all straightforward so it much to comment or review there. Little problems settling bills as there had been confusion but all sorted out within 5 minutes
The room in general was quite nice although on the small side. However the light up screen on the phone which you couldn't turn off was a complete nuisance when trying to sleep, my bathroom light wouldn't turn off meaning i had to remove my key card to cut the electrics and the shower created a lot of fine mist that made the whole bathroom soaking.

The sharing platters looked amazing. Very traditional British menu with great options of sharing. The drinks weren't too expensive either. Lacks the seating capacity though. But overall, a cool little place.
Location was good, and nice enough inside. Good if you're into your craft beers.

Chanced up this place and delighted we did. Excellent food, lovely service and reasonable prices. A real find around this part of town. Highly recommend the buttermilk chicken!
Great food, good staff and a nice atmosphere.

One of the few traditional gastro pubs in the area. Beers and wine selection is very good, the food extremely tasty. Portions are huge, steak sandwich is its most popular dish but the menu is constantly updated and varied. Too much garlic and a bit oily to my taste. Will definitely go back for the exquisite atmosphere
Fantastic gastropub. The food is amazing, simply divine... Staff can be a bit edgy and it will get very busy, in particular on a Sunday around 1 30, but that is no reason to not go. The pork belly and rock shandy are highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay thru the Bulldog Club in South Kensington, a when I last visited London. Travelling alone I appreciated staying in the home of another woman, felt safe & relaxed, not to mention enjoyed the beautiful surrounds, the decor & location of the home. I was warmly received & my privacy was respected while I came & went catching up with Australian friends living in London at the time😊
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

Stopped here many times - all the rooms and beds are good, just as you'd expect from H.I. Bathrooms are on the smaller side but are tidy and include a bath rather than just a shower. Parking on site is available (the hotel is just inside the Congestion Charging zone). Staff are really helpful and breakfasts are great.
Very welcoming. The designated area was clean and comfortable. The food was lovely and they had hot and cold drinks readily available. The ice cream was a lovely touch

We really enjoyed our time at Ivy Lettings! They provided an excellent service from the very beginning. The enquiries team were very prompt in their emails, even answering my questions on a Sunday, and helped us choose a flat that was indeed perfect. When we arrived the apartment was clean, the linens were fresh, the lady who checked us in was incredibly helpful and showed us how everything worked. The location was ideal, very easy to travel around. We would absolutely stay with Ivy Lettings again, and would recommend their service to friends, family, and strangers.
We were so fortunate to have "stumbled across" Ivy Lettings as we searched for a place to stay in London. Since we would be there a week, we knew we wanted to have more room than a hotel could offer. We also knew the general area we wanted to stay and could not be more pleased with our Ivy Lettings rental. It was in the perfect location for us, very convenient to the tube, a market, a Pret a Manger, and so many other places (if only we had had more time to explore them all). The Ivy Lettings staff were always prompt to reply, very helpful, and courteous. They arranged for us to drop off our bags early and pick up the keys which was greatly appreciated. The flat was immaculate and very comfortable. Without hesitation, we would recommend Ivy Lettings and hope to stay with them again.

Went there with a friend who needed a new backpack. The staff at the counter were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Explaining, in detail, all of the bags many pockets/pouches/features. They also explained how to adjust and fit the bag properly and how to releave weight on certain areas. From what I was expecting (for a shop in central London) they went well above and beyond. It really shows these guys not only enjoy their work but also are interested in the great outdoors.
Fantastic range of active wear which really holds up well in inclement weather conditions. Would recommend stopping by if you're after some outdoor sports clothing
