If you are debating whether or not to get your Mac fixed here or an Apple Store, let me help you out: Jigsaw24 is amazing. Rang them at 2pm. They came and picked up my MacBook. Diagnosed the issue, ordered the part. Part fitted by 12pm the next day and returned to me by 1pm. The whole thing took less than 24h. And to think, every other time previously, I'd wait up till midnight refreshing the Apple Store Genius Bar appointments page waiting to battle through the crowds, only to be without my machine for 3-5 days. Did I mention, all this was free? Covered under warranty -- including the pickup and return. Jigsaw24 will be my go to place from now on. Amazing.
Great experience here. My MacBook Pro's keyboard stopped working; they were very upfront about what would be involved in fixing it and how long it would take, and fixed it faster than they originally estimated, all under warranty. Update: same issue returned (problem is with the hardware, not their previous work), and once again these guys were absolutely fantastic - dealt with it quickly and professionally and have good advice about how to prevent/manage future issues. Really can't recommend enough.

A small but diverse selection of electronics. From small components up to large devices. There are also a variety of electronics kits that should suit every wielder of a soldering iron from experts down to first timers. The are also many products to buy that require little or no assembly. The shop is located only a few minutes walk from the nearest tube station making access easy.
The first branch I've ever been in where the member of staff had a clue about the products. Had quite a chat and he is studying electrical engineering. Knew the products and where to find them. Definitely employee of the month.

We were looking for a local printer repairers, and contacted Diamondsource. They were very prompt, once booked. Came the same day, and the engineer informed you in advance when he was due to arrive. He came when he said, identified the issue, which was the drum kit needed replacing, and resolved it. NB. You do have to pay in advance to secure the booking. The call out charge includes cleaning and service.

Looking for craft paper to prototype some laser cutting and they were friendly and helpful in the shop. I also wanted to get origami paper but they had nothing that would work for that. The staff member though was helpful and suggested nearby where I might get some, she also thought it would be a good idea to stock it!
Friendly staff, they have stationery. Pretty much a win win.
